RUSTICATORS' DINNER MENU (Sample from a day in July, 2008.)
"Rusticator" (lodging + meal plan) guests are those whose plan includes lodging plus full breakfasts and dinners at the Rusticator Restaurant. Our "Rusticator" (lodging + meal plan) menu lists items without a price plus some additional items that are available at a modest increased cost to our "Rusticator" (lodging + meal plan) guests. A sample "Rusticator" guest menu is below.
We welcome "Explorers" (the public) every night. For "Explorers" we price each item on our entire menu for the public. Take a look at a sample "Explorers" menu.
The restaurant is receiving rave reviews. Executive Chef Rich Hanson brings 10 years of local cooking experience and a passion for utilization of the freshest home grown foods. Rich's nephew Jeremy Hanson is Chef de Cuisine.

To dine with us in the Rusticator Restaurant, please stop by or contact our office 207-359-8521 and choose your preference of meal times, either at 5:15 or 7:30 p.m. daily. The exception is each Thursday evening when we throw a lobster picnic on the shore at 6 p.m. sharp. Breakfast hours are 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. Sunday Brunch is 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
